Throwing Out the Rulebook: Case Studies in Innovative Journal Publishing Models

A changing publishing landscape requires journal publishers to consider new models to remain financially viable and useful to the communities that they serve. A cross-industry panel will present case studies for novel changes that challenge the traditional "rules" of publishing. In each case, the speaker will discuss why the change was made, how it was implemented, and what has been learned post-launch. The session will conclude with a brief panel discussion and audience questions.
